French Day
Sir Roger Manwood's
Last Friday, some of our Year 12 French students spent the day at St Mary's Catholic Primary School in Deal, delivering a series of fun and interactive French sessions to Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6 pupils.
Throughout the day, the pupils took part in speaking activities, games and interactive challenges, giving them the chance to practice their French while having lots of fun. We were also very grateful for the delicious croissants provided by our wonderful hosts.
It was a fantastic day of language and cultural immersion, and our Year 12 students were brilliant ambassadors for the school. A huge thank you to everyone at St Mary's for such a warm welcome, and well done to all of the primary pupils, who were enthusiastic, engaged and an absolute pleasure to work with. Finally, a special thank you to our fantastic Year 12 French students, who planned and delivered such engaging activities throughout the day. They represented the school brilliantly with their enthusiasm, confidence and encouragement, and should be proud of the positive impact they had on the younger pupils. We can't wait to visit again.
